How Cinex Hub handles your account information when you use our website and sign in.

Cinex Hub operates the website at cinex-hub.com. This notice covers your use of the website, email/password sign-in, Google Sign-In, account dashboard, and related support requests. It does not cover external websites you visit through our links.
When you register with email and password, we receive your email address and the display name and avatar color you choose. Your password is submitted to Supabase Authentication for authentication; the Cinex Hub website does not need to store a copy of your plaintext password. We may also receive information you choose to share with us in a support request.
If you choose Continue with Google, Google authenticates you and passes basic account information to our authentication provider, Supabase. This can include your Google account identifier, email address, name or profile display information, and profile picture, depending on the data Google returns. Cinex Hub uses that information to create or identify your account, display your account name, and let you sign in. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar as part of this sign-in process. We do not receive your Google password.
We use account details to register and authenticate users, maintain signed-in sessions, show account information in the dashboard, associate internally issued or manually linked third-party license keys with the correct account, display their status, assist with support, and protect account access. The website currently does not process payments or automatically issue third-party licenses. For manually linked Luarmor keys, the operator generates the key externally, records it in Supabase, and makes it viewable by the assigned account.
Our hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs for service delivery and security. The website and Supabase client use browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. The website also stores a local cart selection for the demo storefront and local dashboard appearance preferences such as reduced glow or compact cards. A local-only dashboard preview can use session storage. These mechanisms are not a live payment record.
We use Supabase for account authentication and account-linked license information, Luarmor separately to create and administer externally issued software keys, Google when you choose Google Sign-In, and Cloudflare to deliver and protect our website. These providers process information as needed to supply their services under their own policies. Our website also links to an external Discord community/support channel; visiting Discord is optional and is subject to Discord's separate privacy terms.
We use your Google sign-in data for account authentication and the account features described here, not for advertising or building advertising profiles. The current website code does not include an advertising tracker or a mechanism for selling account data. We do not disclose account information publicly through the customer dashboard. If the service changes materially, this notice should be updated before those changes are introduced.
Account information and any linked license records may remain in Supabase while your account exists, unless removed sooner. Session data remains in your browser until it expires or is cleared. You may sign out through the account dashboard. If you want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, please contact Cinex Hub through our support page; we will review the request and explain the available options. Do not post passwords or private credentials in a public support channel.
Sign-in is handled using Supabase Authentication, and our website is delivered over HTTPS. No internet service can promise perfect security. We may revise this notice as Cinex Hub changes; any revised version will be posted here with an updated date. If payment processing, new analytics, or additional data uses are introduced, this policy must be revised accordingly.
